RNRT (National Telecommunication Research Network) is the French National Research and Innovation Programme for Telecommunication. It is supported by key telecommunication stakeholders and funded by the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Research.

Objectives

- strengthen cooperation between public and industrial Research
- encourage the transfer of innovations from academic laboratories to the industry and match results with market needs

Actions

RNRT:
- organizes calls for projects
- retains projects, which then receive Ministry grants
- organizes complementary activities such as:
o an annual conference
o thematic workshops
o project reviews
